Wherever safety is essential – on slab edges, formwork or stairways – the PROTECTO® edge protection system from Harsco Infrastructure has everything that’s required in building construction to ensure optimum working conditions and prevent falls from heights.

PROTECTO consists of just a handful of heavy-duty individual parts, is particularly easy to handle, can be erected and dismantled quickly, making the system exceptionally cost-effective. The main components of the system are the post holders, posts of square tubing and guardrail boards and grilles.

PROTECTO is compatible with our TOPMAX®, TOPFLEX® and TOPEC® slab formwork systems and, of course, with INFRA-KIT.

The right solution for safety on your site

There are a variety of applications available to secure the PROTECTO units to the application, however the most frequently used post holder is the threaded base. It is screwed straight into the concrete slab or formwork panel and tightened.

So that everything to improve safety can be accomplished quickly and reliably special post holders are available for stairs and frontages. Theses are in the form of clamps for parapets, slab edges and other components made of concrete, wood or steel.
