Harsco Infrastructure’s versatile range of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) includes telescopic booms. These are available in a variety of models to combine maximum working height with exceptional outreach capabilities.
Telescopic booms are ideal when an operator needs to reach work at a distance but terrain or obstacles prevent close access. The machines provide far greater horizontal outreach than any other MEWP.
Ideal for rough or soft terrain
4-wheel drive or tracks make these powered access units easy to use on either rough terrain or soft surfaces. These telescopic booms are fitted with diesel engines are best suited for outdoor use.
4-wheel steering or tracks ensure tight maneuverability on crowded sites and most models are equipped with spark arrestors and extra large platforms are available on some models giving additional reach.
Options available
Telescopic booms are ideal for installation and maintenance applications within industrial or commercial locations where obstacles at ground level make other access options impractical.
Some models offer 360˚ rotation, allowing easy access to any location.
