Load frame prop | Heavy loads are its forte

When heavy vertical loads have to be discharged in confined spaces, the load frame prop from Harsco Infrastructure is the obvious choice. With a footprint of 25 x 25 cm, it can discharge loads up to 210 kN, depending on prop height and horizontal loading. Load-bearing capacity is particularly high when the props are arranged in a series or combined to form towers.

The individual components of the load frame prop are three load frames of differing lengths (100, 150 and 200 cm), a load jack and two head pieces. The load frames and head pieces can be positioned in longitudinal increments of 25 cm. The required prop height can be obtained with load frame head pieces of differing lengths and the adjustment range of the load jacks.

Load frame prop at a glance

  • Very high load-bearing capacity of up to 210 kN even with small base dimensions of only 25 cm x 25 cm
  • Easy assembly due to the low weight of basic components and simple bolt connections
  • Flexible configuration of the prop jack, selectively at the top and/or at the base of the load-bearing frame prop
  • Continuously variable adjustment of the articulated prop jack as a result of the 30 cm high spindle range
  • Safe use due to reliable calculation for prop heights up to 14 m (with wind) and 16 m (without wind)

In 2010 SGB, Hünnebeck, Patent and ESCO joined forces to operate under the new name of Harsco Infrastructure.
